Need help with the focus in macro mode 

memory card error SX500is

new camera, new user....  ON button> Menu> Tools>   when I scroll thru the options I reach "Start-Up Image"  below that is a blank line , with the word Format barely readable.  Scrolling skips right over it.     So how do I format the new memory card...

S100 lens cover sticks

Most of the causes of lens covers sticking is due to dirt. Mine was sticking because the aluminum surround was slightly dented in. I pryed the aluminum back out using a single edged razor blade. No more sticking.

I would like to use the stop motion option in my video editor software (Corel video studio) but I would need to hook up the camera directly to the computer to record to it. Is this possible to do with the Powershot sx50 hs?

Can sx280 bracket pictures and merge them? If not what is possible?

SX50 HS with Speedlite 430 EX II

I'm trying to use a Speedlite 430 EX II with my SX 50 HS, but the Assist Beam of the flash doesn't seem to work. The camera's Assist Beam works correctly, the flash fires, but the Speedlite's Assist Beam doesn't. Is it normal? Thank you!
