Wthat is the Error Message E32 in the PowerShot ELPH 115 IS?

Memory card error.....no clue

So I JUST got a refurbed Powershot ELPH 330 HS this afternoon in the mail from Canon's website. It didn't come with a memory card so I went and picked up a SanDisk Ultra Plus 32 GB SDHC (10) memory card. When I go to use it, I get a Memory Card Error...

This is my first camera,period,the retailer said it came with a meimory card which it didn't ,I live in a remote rural area and don't have a clue as to where or what size memory card to order,need some help,thanks.

9999 image numbers used up on PowerShot 100IS. How do I reset so I don't duplicate image numbers?

I have used up the 9999 consecutive numbers for images.  How do I re-set so I can continue to use the camera but not have duplicate numbers?  Obviously, I'm on a different memory chip than when I first got the camera.
