With the Canon SX 60, how do you set C1 & C2 without having to reset it every time?

I just purchased the SX 60 and have to reset C1 & C2 everytime! How do I set it and it's always at the settings I've chosen?

Hi.  I'm using a canon sx710 hs.  When I transfer a video to my smartphone it freezes it and I have to restart my phone. Photos are transferring ok via wifi and nfc.
