Preventing Screen from shutting off - G7X Mark II

Hello!

Is it possible on the G7X Mark II to prevent the screen from turning off?

I know that there are ways to prevent shut-off for up to 3 minutes, but I am trying to record my camera screen to my computer for indefinite amounts of time and need to be able to leave my camera "on and alert" during full capture. 

I would attempt during camera record time, but I can't find a way to remove the "Rec" notification from the screen, which can be removed during "standby".

While the "Display off" option can be adjusted, it cannot be turned off.
