Hello everyone! I wanted to know how often the PowerShot G7 X Mark III is in stock. I've been looking for it for many months and it seems impossible!

Hi. Unfortunately, we do not have a restocking date. However, there is still a chance one of our Authorized Dealers may have some in stock. You can check at this link https://canon.us/4c8E9zH and select "Where To Buy" to take a look. Also, at the same link, you can click on the "NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE" tab, and you'll be notified as soon as there are more cameras in stock.

after waiting months, B&H said it would have it in stock. As soon as the counter hit available, I bought it right away (literally seconds after it said it was ready to order). An hour later, it was showing out of stock (could've gone out of stock earlier but I didn't check for an hour).

Been waiting and searching for months with nothing available - it would be nice to know if Canon is or is not manufacturing the camera any longer -

Greetings,
Take a look at the PowerShot V1. It does cost a little more but it'll run circles around the G7x Mark III. Battery life. ISO performance and so much more.

Disappointing. I originally bought the m200 instead of the G7X Mark III because I heard about autofocus issues. I sold it for a variety of reasons (portability is close but not like my old RX100 and discontinuation of the m-line too.) I was hoping that Canon would release an update to the G7X line, even if minor, to what is a great feature set. Instead we get a camera whose audience is unclear. I understand trying to do a MFT at a small body will come with some compromises but 2.8f and very limited zoom and no flash puts this camera in a much more limited market. The G7X Mii and Miii and the Sony ZV-1 still seem to be the best hybrid photo/video cameras that can actually do both well and certainly well enough without serious compromise. I'm guessing Canon was only looking at the ZV-1 Mii as its primary competition. Sony too suffered a misstep with the zoom but it at least has the F1.8 - and it costs less than the V1. I really hope that Canon will release some statement as to what it plans going forward. The near $1000 price (with taxes, etc.) also makes the v1 a challenge and it is not the equivalent of what Sony was doing with the RX100. It's more ZV. Let's hear the plans soon, please!
