Hi there, I dropped by camera today and the screen is now black with these thin cracks and faint light. I tried taking photos and previewing them on my laptop with success, so I believe everything else is functioning correctly aside from the screen. The local repair shops told me I'd need to repair through Canon.
What is the most cost efficient process, or could I trade it in?
Thanks!

Used ones are going for around $500 on eBay.
Canon is still supporting the camera, so contact them of repair quote and decide based on that.
