i have my ir 3170 conected to my pc via network, but i cannot scan with the program MAESTRO because this software doesn´t find the printer in the net. i have windows 8 pro x64 bits. What could be happening?
i´ve try with the Presto PageManager version6 and either can scan. This program doesn´t even open in my pc, it crash before. I want to scan a large A3 document and don´t find a way. Please if someone could help me, please
