HI - I have had my printer less than a year and it's recently started making a crazy loud grinding noise when I send something to print. I thought maybe it's the printer cartridge but they're all showing that there's over 1/2 ink left in each.
Any ideas?
What brand ink do people recommend?
Also - a 'tray' has detatched - think it's to do with the paper tray but where can I find images/diagrams of set up to see how it fits back into the printer.
ugg - Help!!

Try taking your ink cartridges out and re-inserting them properly.
You can also try moving the drums of your cartridges a bit to make sure they are not blocked.
My printer was making awful noises and after doing what I just described, the noises went away
and the printer works like it used to to again.
