Hello Pmackins,
We do have updated drivers for Big Sur to use with the MF743Cdw. You can download the updated drivers using the link provided HERE.
Once you have the printer driver and scanner driver installed. You can Click on the apple in the upper left hand corner of the screen and then click on system preferences. Once in system preferences click on Printers and Scanners. Use the - at the bottom of the list to clear any old connections for the printer and then you can click the + to add it back to the list.
