My printer was working great... until this weekend.... when trying to print a color document the right side of it is washed out... according the consumable reading from the computer…. the black is at 40% and all color toner at 60%..... I can see lines on the yellow roller….. Would this lead to the quality issue? Any ideas on what I can do? In advance thank you!

I understand you are trying to print a color document with your Color imageCLASS MF634Cdw but the right side is washed out. Have you tried gently shaking the toner cartridges five or six times as shown in the figure below to evenly redistribute the toner inside the cartridges?
What type of paper are you using in the printer (e.g. plain paper (19 to 21 lb Bond), heavy paper (25 to 32 lb Bond), etc.)?
