I have a new problem…the screen says PAPER JAM. I researched faq’’s and canon site; however after looking everywhere snide printer, removing paper tray and opening every door that opens, I couldn’t find any paper jam anywhere. Is there another place to look, since I’ve searched every nook and cranny. It would be awesome if canon provided more exact information like a schematic (?), (and photos always help me), but I don’t see any other helpful information. Hope you have suggestions. If you have already removed the toner cartridges and checked the locations in the link HERE for jams and you continue to get a jam error, it looks like the printer needs service. It will usually mean a part of the paper feed is damaged or there is an obstruction in the path that can't be reached.
You can check your available service options by logging into your MyCanon account or calling 1-800-652-2666.
