MAXIFY GX2020 Bad color from print head

Canon Tech Support is Horrible.....and Nonexistent!

I have a new Maxify GX 2020. It came with a bad color print head. I am trying to get Canon to send me a new one under warranty. But after numerous attempts at calling. I sit on hold for about 45 minutes then get disconnected. Canon has NO support system. Because of this, I am considering returning the printer and getting another brand that actually helps their customers.

Canon, you should be ashamed of your poor customer service.
