MAXIFY MB2720 Won't print black text

I have a MB 2720 printer. I performed all the cleaning utilities it has on it but still doesn't print any black text on the paper. How can I over ride it so I can change the cartridge?

If you print a nozzle check and the PGBK does not appear, it looks like the nozzles are clogged or there is something wrong with the ink tank. The printer will only slide the ink tank to the changing position when it detects that it is low/empty. If the ink is not low and you have performed multiple cleanings and deep cleanings, it looks like the printer needs service.
