Hello.
We have multiple users sharing one computer.
It was install driver & MF scanner program under ADMIN user , all users are 'USER groups' & each user has a password. ( No Domain )
After updating Windows 10, MF scanner program does not run & the scan button on the copier cannot be used.
Please tell me what to do. Thanks.

Hello,
If you are getting that message after an update, you can try downloading and installing the [Windows 64bit] imageCLASS MF4770n MFDrivers (UFR II / FAX / ScanGear) from our Canon USA support site using the link HERE. After reinstalling the MF drivers, you can try scanning again to see if the issue is resolved. The file will be the second reccomended file in the list of drivers and software.
