imageCLASS MF455dw won't print

I have an imageCLASS455dw and it will not print.  My OS is Windows 10.  I have removed the printer and added it back and it worked for a day.  I downloaded the [Windows 32bit & 64bit] MF Scan Utility Ver.1.20.0.2 software and the [Windows 64bit] MF455dw MFDrivers (Generic Plus UFR II / Generic Plus PCL6 / Generic Plus PS3 / Generic FAX / ScanGear) driver and it worked for a few days.  Can someone tell me something else to try please?

  2. When you are unable to print, do you get any specific errors on the printer/computer screen or what happens?
