MF644cdw broken/cracked screen , cannon dealers?

I call cannon 2 times, first to order a new display screen and was told that I would have to get it through an authorized dealer. 2nd to find a authorized cannon dealer and was told cannon dealers don’t exist. I don’t want to spend $400 on a new printer when it works fine with the exception of the display. How can I get the part I need or find someone that can fix it. Every location I call they don’t want to work on this printer.
