I have a user that is offsite so I cannot check the machine myself. She is reporting that when copying documents using the auto feeder she has a straight line down the middle of the document every time. She said she can't see any debris but I was wondering if there may be a place she isn't checking. Are there directions on where/what rollers to check.
Thank you,

Hello,
If you are getting lines in your copies from the ADF, you can try cleaning the feeder using the steps in the link HERE. I suggest paying close attention to the glass in step 7 and making sure it is thoroughly cleaned. Any debris or marks on the glass can appear as a line.
