MAXIFY MB2720 "Can't receive nor send faxes".

I need help!  I have a MAXIFY MB2720. I have had it for several years. It was working fine. Now I cannot send or receive faxes.  I get a dial tone and it says it is sending ex. p.1 but doesn't transmit... I have checked cords and everything. I am at a loss.

You can try printing a TX report using the steps in the link HERE to check what error comes up for the faxes that were sent.
