Can't find driver & mf scan utility for imageCLASS MF452dw

I have spent the better part of my morning trying to install the Canon MF 452DW software/ driver and scan utility onto 2 different computer and still can't get the software page to come up.  I can see it pop up for 1 sec and then it disappear.  I try using a generic printer software from another canon product and scan, just does not work properly.  I'm running Windows 11 on both machine and they both disappear.  I'm trying to set up Scan to network folder but it said I need to have the MF scan utility install before I can get it working.  Anyone have a link or download for this canon printer/ scanner.  That would be helpful.

Hi Michael,

Yes, at the moment software downloads are missing from the MF452Dw's support portal

I checked Canon hong kong, canada and singapore too and it was also missing.  

I'm going to report the issue but in this case, I suggest you contact Canon support.  As an FYI you need more than just the MF scan utility to get full control of your printer in both Windows and Mac environments.

Thank you for both of you.  I tried to look for a phone number which is impossible to find.  I also tried the Virtual chat which was useless.  I will give them a call in the morning.

FYI the software downloads has been fixed on the product's support portal.

These are the two drivers you need in order to print and scan.

Normally you install the printer driver that includes ScanGear first, then the MF scan utility.

For future.  Support is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time at the number I posted above. 

You can also contact support using your MyCanon account.  If you have not already done so it's important to register your printer... it has a 3-year warranty 🙂.
