I have a imageCLASS MF269dw 3in1 printer. I cannot fax. I CALLED YESTERDAY AND THE PERSON SAID IT WAS EITHER THE PHONE JACK OR THE PHONE WIRE. The phone company came and everything is working properly. How do I fix the problem?

"Cannot" is a pretty vague description. It tells us nothing about your service type, connection or environment.
Start here, verify and confirm the following steps:
If this doesn't help, you'll need to provide more more information about your phone service, how your device is connected, if you are using in conjunction with an answering machine, and fax configuration settings.
