I just got a new computer for this printer and now I cannot print on envelopes. On my old computer, it was automatic. is there a setting I need to adjust on the new computer?

I am running Windows 11. The old computer was running windows 8 (i think, bought in 2014)
tried to adjust the settings in the printers setting on the Computer. I changed the multipurpose tray to Envelope #10 and that allowed me to print the envelope, but upside down and the letter that followed was shrunk to about 1/2 size.

If you have a new computer running Windows 11 and you are having problems properly selecting the printer settings. I would suggest downloading and installing the recommended drivers for the printer using the link provided HERE. Once the driver are installed, you can try printing again to see if you are able to properly select your envelope settings. If you continue to have issues, I would suggest contacting our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist you with the issue.
