Blue line down right side of color page

I have a used Canon Image Class MF828cw and it's been working very well.  Lately I have a blue line running down the right side of each page when printing in color.  Today, the blue line has also appeared when I print in black and white.  Need help, please.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using and the model number you mentioned doesn't match anything we've made.  If you could double-check the model number, that would be great.  It should be on the front of the printer, probably on the control panel. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
