imageCLASS MF236n ADF Won't Pick Up Paper After Printing

Have the Canon MF236n printer and the auto feeder will not pick paper after printing. Power cycle printer and the Auto feeder will recover and will keep working until you print. Using Windows 10 Enterprise and have installed the updates from canon. Have several printer across the state that have this problem. The printers do this out of the box.

1. When the feeder does not pick up the paper, do you get an error on the printer/computer or what problems do you run into?
2. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
3. When the feeder does not respond, are you making a copy or are you trying to scan?
