keep getting the error message: set paper again, set toner again
the toner cover also isn't sitting properly for some reason.

Your printer will not operate with any of its panels open or ajar. This has to be addressed before any other assitance can be provided.

the issue is that the printer panel doesn't close properly. probably the reason why the printer displays command to set printer again.
