I manually ejected an ink cartridge on my mb 5120. I inserted a full one, but now it shows support code 5207 and has locked down my printer. Please help. I can't do anything with it until the support code is gone.

Hello Diana4,
The 5207 error will point to a problem with the hardware and will mean the printer needs service. The error would point to a problem with the ink carriage or the carriage movement. You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source and you can try turning it on. If the error comes back up, the printer would need service. You can use the link HERE to access you MyCanon account and check your service options or you can contact support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
