MAXIFY MB5120 Driver Install will not reach the internet to download full driver.

the driver tries to link to the internet to gather latest driver components, but never recognized my internet connection. My internet is working , any VPN is disabled , but it fails every time.

I don't see an option to download the full complete driver t get past this or an option to bypass the download as there was in past versions

Hi MMITCHE88,

Instead of using the main installer, please try installing the items individually.

To install the drivers on your Windows computer, please follow these steps:

1.  Access the downloads for your MB5120 by using this link:

Canon Support - MAXIFY MB5120 Downloads

2.  Click Software & Drivers.

3.  Choose Windows from the Operating System drop down box.

4.  Select your version of Windows from the Version drop down box.

5.  Click the Download button to the right of "Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.03 (Windows)".  If you scroll to the bottom of the list and you do not see this, please click the "Load More" button.

6.  Once the download is complete, please open your Downloads folder and click on  "m68n-win-mb5100-1_03-ea34_2.exe" to begin the installation of the drivers on your computer.

After installing the drivers, your MB5120 will then be able to print and scan with your computer.

Please revisit the Downloads page for your MB5120 to download and install the other software that you may wish to use.
