MAXIFY GX3020 blue is not printing at all

I have a cannon Maxify GX 3020 and the blue is not printing at all, even though we refilled it. I did all the factory recommending cleanings but nothing works. The nozzle check pattern is also completely blank for the blue as well. Can I take this apart myself to see if the cartridge is misaligned? If so, are their instructions?

Sounds like head is clogged. Did you try a cleaning/deep cleaning process? It would be in the driver.

Thanks John, we did and it still doesn't work. Before we bring it in for repair, I thought I would try it myself if there are instructions on how to open it up.

Did you try calling Canon support 1-800-OK-CANON
