Does anyone have an issue with MF644CDW Top feeder. I bought printer in July 2021 and have had problems placing paper in top feeder to make copies. I lay 1 piece of paper in top feeder to make copy and paper will shift to right and jam up. I can sometimes take my paper and bend the papers as it's going though the top feeder and it sometime will not catch. It seems to be catching on the roller on the right side but I'm unable to figure out the issue or if it's possible to adjust.

If the paper shifts to the side and jams, it will usually point to an obstruction in the paper path or a problem with the hardware. In this situation you can try opening the feeder cover and cleaning the path using the steps in the link HERE. You can also try pushing a stiffer piece of paper through the paper feeds slot where it jams to see if it can dislodge anything. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service. You can use the link HERE to access you MyCanon account and check you service options.
