MX870 PRrinter Jam

There is a very small piece of paper  that I think is also ripped stuck in my printer.  I canot see it anywhere.  Looked in all logical areas.  Any way to take more apart to find it and dislodge it?  

I have a MX882 printer, it is displaying an error message. "Contact Canon Service Center"

My operating system is Microsoft 10, the printer was working until a replace an ink cartrigage, not the screen instructs me to contact Canon Printer Technical Support. Printer will not operate now, what is wrong how can I fix it. Advise.
