MF726 CDW Scan issue?

The scanning software doesn't want to combine a multi page scan into 1 PDF.  I am using the top tray (document feeder) and the option with the utility is set to combine into 1 PDF.  Please advise.  Model is MF726 CDW 

I have a Canon Imagerunner C5035. I am printing booklets. How do I change the margins?

The booklets are coming out with 1.5" margins on top and 1.2' margins on bottom.  I can't find a way to change these settings.  Changing the original document margins seems to make no difference.
