I have had printer for a few months. It was fine until a few days ago. Scanning and copying is fine, but when I print, it takes forever to print one page and if I ask for multiple print jobs, only the first pdf will print, so I have to print one at a time. Then there can be up to a 20 minute delay before anything actually prints.

Hello DarrylB,
If the entire job does not print, it will usually point to a problem with the print spooler service or it points to a problem with the connection between the printer and computer. I would suggest starting with the connection. If the printer is using a network connection, you can try unplugging the router for 5 seconds and then plugging it back in. Once the network is back up, you can try printing again to see if more prints. You can also try moving the printer closer to the router to improve the signal. If connected via USB, you can try plugging the printer into another port or trying another USB cable.
If that does not work, you can try restarting the print spooler service to see if it helps. You can press the Windows key and the letter R key at the same time on your keyboard. In the run box that appears, you can type in services.msc and click OK. In the list of services that come up, you can scroll through and highlight the print spooler service. once highlighted, you can click on restart at the top of the window.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666, our agents would be happy to assist with the issue.

I just chose the latest one and I will see what happens! Things should get simpler, not more complicated. I miss the days of typewriters and mimeographs.

And that upgrade totally fixed my problem.

Installed the latest driver and still the same **bleep**. Can only print one attachment at a time.

Sorry to read that...did you change to the new driver in your print dialog box?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I live under a rock.
