imageCLASS MF455dw won't print envelopes from envelope tray

Wow, what a product, what service!

I must say Im amazed. Bought the more expensive Canon printer for consumer use and wow! Amazing!  Trying an incredibly complicated operation: printing an envelope.  The hp laptop correctly transmits command, envelope loaded and printer gives error notice, only offers to print from paper slot, not envelope tray.  Customer service number helpfully states printer is now only "web supported".  Model of 2024 bought printer not listed on web.  Bravo!!!

Canon does make great printers.  We have 2.  I needed color capability so I my models incorporate more toners.  The printing systems however between B&W and color are very similar.  The feature sets too.  Prints, Scans and copies are all sharp and clear.  The 455 is a great medium duty printer for small offices or busy homes.
