Unable to install the driver to my printer

Hello everyone!

 

I've tried to update the driver via USB, but it doesn't seem to work.

I've tried different USB ports, and I've tried to turn the printer off and removing the cable and connecting it back.. but nothing seems to work.

Win 10 64 bit.

Unfortunately this video isn't helpful.

I've already installed the software, I just want to download the driver and it doesn't work..

Are you using the cable that came with the printer? And the software on the computer is running when you connect?

Yes.

The software is working and I'm able to print documents, I just unable to update the driver.

OK. So the printer is working, you just can't update software.

 

I don't have an answer. If no one else jumps in before Monday give your local Canon support center a call.
