Canon MF731C
I have used the same USB drive with this device for a while. Today I started getting a "USB Unsupported" error each time I insert.
I then tried connecting an external hard drive and this had no issue and let me scan to it.
-Firmware is up to date on printer
-Drivers are up to date
-Tried reset and restart of printer
-USB drive works fine on 3 computers computers we have
-Format is FAT32
Any ideas?

Hello raymanta1921,
If the USB memory card is not working anymore but you scan scan to another USB drive, the hardware on the machine should be fine. In this situation I would suggest backing up any data on the flash drive and the reformatting the USB drive. The printer will work with the fat 32 or fat 16 format. If it is still not working, I would suggest contacting our support team at 1-800-652-2666. They would be happy to look further into it to see what issues you might be running into with that USB drive.
