Canon D1350 Scanner has several blackline

When I scan document from the topper, it will show up like the image above. However, when I scan from glass side, it works wells. I have changed tonner and it shows up the same.

I have cleaned the window portion at top of glass side (long narrow glass area) that records the document from the feeder and lines disappear until it gets dirty again.
