Hello,
I just received a new ImageCLASS MF445dw laser printer yesterday. After setting it up, I did about 10 prints without any issues and then started getting an error message indicating a paper jam. I have opened all panels and checked everywhere but couldn't find anything. The error message is not clearing and preventing me from using the printer at the moment.
I have tried unplugging the power cord for a while (actually overnight), but the same error is still there.
Is there anything else I can do or do I need to RMA the printer back to the seller?
I was looking to get a laser printer on the cheaper side (I don't need color) and am a little concerned about the reliability of this printer; any recommmendation on another model in case I need to return the printer?
Thank you!
