Hi,
I just installed the MF445DW Scanner software in my new Windows 11 computer. The printer/scanner is connected wirelessly. I can print the docs and also scan using Microsoft Scan app. But I am getting below error when I use the Cannon MF Scan Utility software:
Cannot communicate with the scanner. The cable may be disconnected or the scanner may be turned off.
