Hey guys...we have a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7260 and a C5250 here in the office, and on both we are experiencing the same strange problem. If the Letter tray is very low on paper, Letter-sized prints will come out on A4 paper, for whatever reason. Is there a setting to disable this? We would like the printer to notify us that a tray is empty/low on paper for the required print, rather than taking it upon itself to print it on the wrong sized paper. Thanks in advance.
