Support Code 2108 - Maxify GX7020

My printer shows message saying Support code 2108. It is supposed to be a paper jam. I have already checked and there is no jammed paper, the paper comes out perfectly but it still shows this message. I have already turned off and unplugged the printer for more than a minute and it still shows this message. 

Can someone please help me fix this?

I'm not well versed with the Maxify line. Here are some general thoughts:

If there is a way to factory default the printer, has that been attempted? If there are any doors/hatches that can be opened to access the paper's path, have they been checked even with paper feeding properly?

if worse comes to worse, contact Canon Customer Support to have them determine if the unit would need to be sent out for repairs.

At the end canon will send me a new one. I bought less than a year ago... Thank you so much for your reply!
