I have a mf743cdw. When my wife presses the button to copy nothing happens. This happens to me as well but not every time. Can the button be adjusted for touch?

You would not be able to adjust the touch sensitivity for the MF743Cdw. In that situation, I would suggest contacting our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check what is causing the issue with the start button and provide any service options if needed.
