SCANNING TO PDF PROBLEM IN MF628Cw

Hello,

I have a MF628Cw Canon Printer. The problem is when I scan documents from this printer to my PC, it saves all the documents in JPEG format. Kindly let me know a solution to save documents in PDF format to my PC. Since I use it for office purpose, everytime I have to sit and convert all these documents to PDF. It is annoying because this consumjes alot of time.

You'll want to ensure you're using the most up-to-date Canon software on your computer. You can download it from the Canon USA site HERE.

Thankyou for the solution. Unfortunately it dint help. I guess I will have to contact the Canon help centre here in Muscat.
