Maxify MB2720 Not printing entire document

I have had this printer for about a month and until now it has worked perfectly.  In the past I have printed both documents and photos without error.

This evening I am trying to print a three words on plain paper.  I have tried using both Word 10 and Serif Page Plus and both programs have simular (but not the same) results. 

I am trying to print:

Incoming

 Animal

 Forms

In Word 10 I get:

Inco

  For

In Page Plus I only get:

  For

The words appear in the right place on the paper in both programs.  I have restarted...and even unplugged the printer, reset all the print layout settings, restarted my laptop.  I don't know what else to do.

I have wasted so much ink, so much time and my patience is gone.  I'm ready to throw this thing out the window! lol  Any help would be appreciated.

Just to see what would happen I printed another document from Excel that I have printed in the past and the entire full page form printed perfectly.

Since the old form printed perfectly I decided to try to print from Excel.

It printed exactly as it did from Word 2010.

With your form open, please click on File and then Print Preview.

Does the Preview appear correctly?

Yes. The preview is perfect in all three programme.
