Reset System Manager ID & PIN on Canon imageCLASSMF216n no phone support

My husband passed away last year. I've switched wifi providers in the house and I'm unable to change the wireless network settings on my MF216n because I don't know the System Manager PIN and it's not the default value of 7654321.  The printer is so old it's no longer supported on 1-800-OK-CANON, they just send me to the knowledge base that sends me back to them.  Very frustrating to have a fully functional printer that I can't use the wireless function on.   A good share of my printing is from my phone, so now I have to send to email, open email on laptop connected to ethernet cord to printer, then print.  NOT ideal.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imageCLASS MF216n is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
