One day I tried turning on my printer and it just looked like this. I tried turning it off and on, same thing. Has anyone else run into this issue before? How did you fix it? Thanks in advance!

Greetings,
This is a progress indicator that displays during the printer's power on self test.
Try unplugging the printer. Press and hold the power button for 30 sec., then release.
Now reconnect to power and retest.
Typical causes for this behavior:
Unexpected loss of power
Power supply failure
Power surge or dip
Also check all doors and access panels. Remove and reseat your paper tray.
If it doesn't correct itself, your printer will require inspection and service.

Hi Rick,
Thanks for the help! Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem.

Hi Sunny I am experiencing the same issue right now, my screen is stuck as well. Were you able to resolve this issue? and if so, what did you do?
