I have an issue with configuring the scanner. The SMTP server is Mailgun. I have the same configuration on another brand printer, and everything works fine. Do Canon printers not support Mailgun? Please assist

I have the following settings completed/marked:
1. Email/Fax Settings:
a)SMTP Server
b)Email Address
c)Use SMTP Authentication - username and password
d)Use TLS for SMTP TX - verify certificate, add CN to verification items
2. IP Address Settings: Initially, I set it to DHCP to obtain the DNS address, then later changed it to Static.
3. I set the printer's email address.
4. I changed the default port from 25 to 587; it also didn't work on 25.
Additionally, the printer is connected via WiFi.
