imageCLASS MF753Cdw not showing up in devices section

I got the problem with the connection of printer, I connected printer with the usb to computer, I am able to print but can not see the printer  on the devices section, also after download utility of Cannon, I could not scan, please help

Greetings,

When installing USB devices, its best to install the software before connecting the device.  Doing so can cause issues and keep the device from installing or communicating with your computer correctly.

If you are going to use USB, please disconnect the printer from the computer.  Remove the device from your computer (Printers and Scanners), and remove the software you installed. 

Important step - Restart your computer

These are the two installers you will need to Print and Scan from Windows 11:

[Windows 64bit] MF753Cdw/ MF751Cdw MFDrivers (Generic Plus UFR II / Generic FAX / ScanGear)

Run the first installer, say yes when it prompts to make changes to the windows firewall.  Do not connect the printer's USB cable until prompted to do so.  Once it completes, run the second installer for Scanning Capability.
