Printing envelopes from MS Word on imageCLASS MF644Cdw

I have everything correctly set up in Word to print but when I print, nothing comes out on the envelopes.  I recently printed a batch of envelopes successfully and appeared to follow the same path with the latest batch of envelopes but with a different result, unfortunately.

1. What size envelopes are you printing on?
2. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system do you have on your computer?
3. Are you able to print on envelopes from any other program on the computer?

Hi Hector,

I was able to resolve the issue by changing a print setting in the Printer Properties section.  On the Basic Setting tab in Printer Properties, I needed to change the orientation to Landscape from Portrait. That was it!
