In my printer i want to chang the black cardiage but i can not
it show ? quetion mark on the top of black
i try and open the side but the black cardiage not came for chage
what can i oo

The inks in the Maxify printers are under pressure and the printer will not move the ink to the changing position until it detects that the ink is empty. If you have a question mark over the black ink, it would mean the printer is having problems detecting the ink level. You can try a cleaning for the black ink to clear any ink that's left or you can try printing some black only documents to lower the level.
