Maxify MB2720 auto shutoff not working

Just purchased a Maxify MB2720 printer and I have the auto shutoff set for 15 minutes in the ECO SETTINGS > POWER CONTROL set on the printer to 15 minutes and auot on set also. Not sure if the LCD and power light are supposed to stay on when it is set to auto shut off but they are staying on. So is the printer shutting off but the LCD and power light supposed to stay on even when it is shut down?

If you still see the home screen after the printer has supposed to go into sleep mode then troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
