Maxify MB2320 - Printing from Macbook Pro prints to wrong cassette

When my son prints from his Macbook Pro it prints to the wrong cassette.  He has it set to automatic.

Hi Mike20878,

To select which cassette to print from, please follow these steps:

 1.  Open your item to print.

 2.  Click on File and then Print.

 3.  If you see a "Show details" button at the bottom, please click on it.

 4.  In the middle of the print dialog box, please choose Media & Quality from the drop down list.

 5.  Next to "Feed from", select the cassette that you wish to print from.

 6.  Click Print.

Hi, revisiting this problem...  Isn't there any way to make this default to the correct tray?  I thought automatic was supposed to read the paper size and choose the tray.

When he prints from Chrome it never remembers the previous settings and he has to use the system print.

Hi Mike20878,

Once you have selected the cassette that you wish to print from, that setting should not change as the Mac will use the last used settings as the default.
